About Us

I started my journey teaching outdoor play classes back in Indiana in the summer of 2022 when I wanted to merge my creativity and love of nature with spending time with my children, while at the same time building connections in the community.  

I know how hard it is to find the time and (let’s be honest) the motivation and energy to spend meaningful time with our children outdoors.  My excuses were like many (maybe like yours) yard work, regular work, ministry at church, or “It’s too cold.” “It’s too hot!” and on and on.  But I felt like if I could provide a set time, with a set program, and include others for accountablility and added fun my excuses would fade. Leading outdoor classes is something I thought would help me spend the much needed quality fun time with my kids and provide a way for other to do the same.

I found an outdoor play class curriculum and program to follow online.  I used the program for 2 seasons before we moved to California recently. I love doing outdoor play and learning classes…in hot (one class I heald was summer) and cold (the other was winter) and anything inbetween!  I love the way this class let’s me have an outlet for my creativity, spend time with my children in play, and make new friends, all while enjoying this beautiful creation.

I chose to make my own program to allow for more freedom in creativity. Now we have multiple locations to choose from.
