Please join us for our free Trial class “Stone Soup” As kids make their own pretend version of “Stone Soup” with fun ingredients and pretend play.
As with all Outdoor Explorer classes, class will include singing with movement, a Nature Nugget related to the activity, and our play/learning activity.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED. (Class is limited to 15 Explorers plus their guardians)
Outdoor Explorers is a dynamic and engaging educational program that places child-led creative play at its core. Our mission is to harness the wonders of nature as our classroom, fostering an environment where children have the freedom to learn, play, and explore. Through hands-on experiences in the great outdoors, children develop crucial life skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and cooperation while using their boundless imaginations to make sense of the world around them. We provide a sense of predictability with regular class routines, including circle time, which aids in creating a familiar and comfortable atmosphere for the children before embarking on themed outdoor play lessons. Our goal is to nurture a lifelong love for learning, all while embracing the natural world as they play.
18 MONTHS TO 8 YEARS OLD ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THE FUN AND LEARN TOGETHER OUTDOORS
Each class follows a class flow to help children (Explorers) know what to expect and what’s coming next. This helps them feel comfortable in their new enviornment of play and helps them open up to exploring and learning more readily.
Jenni loves everything creative and when you add to her other favorite thing (nature) you have Outdoor Explorers play class. Jenni loves enjoying nature with families. One of her favorite things is seeing parents and kids play together!
Jenni and her family just moved to the Harrison area. She homeschools her children and loves doing ministry with her church. Jenni has worked with children in many capacities including as a Tinkergarten nature class leader, Girl scouts group assistant, and Toddler Bible Story Time teacher. She loved creating ways to bless families and children.

After filling out the form you will be contacted within one week. If you signed-up for a paid class this email will give you details for class and payment options. You are not done with registration until payment is complete or arranged. We accept Venmo or Check.
POST your experience and pictures from attending class on your Facebook and tag Outdoor Explorers Facebook page @OutdoorExplorersPlayClass to get $5 back from your paid class or $5 toward a paid class, if you attended a free trial. (Limit 1 Post per season)
